During that time Bobby; as the #1 chef, was integral to the restaurant being named as one of China's best restaurants in the China Expat 2006 National Bar & Restaurant Awards.
Bobby is very experienced in cooking western style dishes and specializes in providing large portions of tasty food to meet the requirements of international and local visitors to Bantian.
Working closely with our Executive Cuisine Director, Justus Jennings, Bobby has created a menu that is as interesting as it varied to cater for the large cross section of visitors to Bantian.
